You don’t learn Parkour, you remember it. It’s the most natural form of movement, where every obstacle becomes a playground for you to vault, climb, swing or even flip over. We all did this as kids, as lil daredevils, but somewhere down the line we got boring. And now it’s time to monkey again.
Parkour has gained popularity as the latest urban freestyle, visible now in almost every action movie. But before you go leaping from building to building, you need to warm up.
That’s just how your 2-hour Parkour session will begin, followed by a quick run through some fundamental concepts. Your Parkour instructor will help you master the basic moves of human locomotion, helping you build your confidence which each jump, pass and roll.
Finally, you will learn how to use them together and play with your environment. We promise you won’t ‘walk’ home.
