Your Combat Kickboxing for 1 experience are a series of three one-hour group session, where you’ll get to jump right into the dojo and try out this awesome martial art, first hand, or first leg
Your sessions begin with a few warm ups and stretches, and soon your instructor will take you through the different moves, helping you improve your stance and technique with each kick. This experience is broken up into three sessions, so you don’t just try Combat Kickboxing, you truly experience it.
