Belly dancing is more than an exotic dance. It is a killer workout that’s oodles of fun. With each sensuous movement you’ll tone your abs, strengthen your core muscles and feel ever so confident.
To help you get the most out of this experience, we’ve broken your class into two 1-hour sessions, done over 2 days. Our instructor will guide you through the basic steps and show you how to let the music become your dance partner. You will shimmy, shake, have fun, meet new people and feel fitter than a Pharaoh.
